I am very sorry to hear about Dr. Toner. While I was there ITS I found out that ITS was considered world leading, attracting some top students from around the world, and I think Dr. Toner was a big part of the staff team. He also combined a great sense of humour and deep knowledge of applied statistics which has got to be quite rare.
